The Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort is a lovely spot with a warm atmosphere that made me feel almost at home. The food is exceptional, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxation with the kids. On the downside, the rooms do show signs of age, and the service at check-in could have been more welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt the hotel needs some updates, especially in the rooms, to truly match its reputation.
