The Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort is a lovely spot with a warm atmosphere that made me feel almost at home. The food is exceptional, and the pool area is fantastic for relaxation with the kids. On the downside, the rooms do show signs of age, and the service at check-in could have been more welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt the hotel needs some updates, especially in the rooms, to truly match its reputation.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the fantastic beach access and wonderful pool area. The staff were incredibly accommodating and really made us feel welcome, particularly with our young child. However, I found the suite layout less than ideal due to the lack of a door between the lounge and the bedroom, and the noise levels at night were a bit disruptive. Overall, it's a great family-friendly option.
